Summary0000842: [BFX-AT100] [BTVV-1157] disconnected and existed during VOD Playback.

we receive some report from SKB VOC. it seem it is related to Network problem.
but it find some error for player in a log. please check there is some wrong point .
it find tombstone.

please ask it to AML about this.
I also attached a picture for error event of Network.

Hi Jason,

From the log files, it is due to "agw.sk-iptv.com" name query fail.
So VoD player have "MESSAGE_RESPONSE_OTP_DEVICE_ERROR" error.
I am not sure if this is the root cause, please check it with VoD vendor.

we also report it to skb manager.
this issue need to investigate by Digicap.
